Crowdsourcing the Review of the 2019 Campus Computing Survey

Dear Colleague,

The 2019 Campus Computing Survey will launch on Tuesday, Sept 10th, ahead of the public presentation of the survey at the EDUCAUSE conference in Chicago on Wednesday, Oct 16th. Launched in 1990, Campus Computing is the largest continuing study of IT and eLearning planning and policy issues in American higher education. (Please click here for the 2018 survey report.)

In past years the review process for the annual questionnaire has involved my sending a draft directly to a large number of people on campus and also to the corporate sponsors. This year, for the 30th annual survey, I would like to try crowdsourcing the review process.

Please click here to access a PDF copy of the draft questionnaire. I would welcome and appreciate suggestions about the draft 2019 questionnaire. Specifically, I’m interested in comments on critical issues/topics that should be added to the questionnaire and also items that might be dropped from the survey.
